Grounded in twenty years of leadership experience.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in over two decades of leadership experience and refined through executive coaching training.
Over time, I developed the COACH Framework™, a structure that reflects how I think about leadership, growth, and meaningful change.
While the framework provides a foundation, the work itself is not rigid or formulaic.
It is responsive to the individual, the context in which they lead, and what is most present in the moment.
More Than a Framework
At its core, this work is about creating the conditions for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change.
Each conversation is an opportunity to slow things down, to think more clearly, and to explore what is often difficult to see in the pace of day-to-day leadership.
I don’t provide answers. I ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and create space for leaders to access what is already there.
Grounded in Experience
This approach is grounded in my lived experience of leadership.
I have worked in complex, high-pressure environments, partnered closely with senior leaders, and navigated the same kinds of challenges my clients face today.
I understand what it feels like to operate at a high level and reach a point where something needs to shift.
That perspective allows me to meet my clients with both understanding and objectivity.
How the Work Evolves
No two coaching engagements look exactly the same.
The work evolves based on what is most relevant, what is most needed, and what will have the greatest impact.
At times, it is reflective.
At times, it is more direct.
At times, it challenges existing ways of thinking.
And at times, it creates the space needed to step back and see clearly.
Closing
The goal is not to change who you are as a leader.
It is to help you lead from a place that is more aligned with who you already are and who you aspire to be.
